The Sperm Donors
 
Diers Klinik uses donors screened by a danish sperm bank, which fulfils the legislation and the rules laid down by the Danish Health Department and the EU.
 
That means all donors have been thourougly tested for such diseases as HIV, hepatitis, syphilis, CMV and
gonorrhoea. 

 

The donors are mostly young, healthy students.

 

If you have a clear idea of what you want and we try – as much as possible – to comply with your wishes regarding eye and hair colour, plus height and build of the donor. We'll send you a donor list with this information.

 
If you have inherited disorders in your family such as cancer, diabetes or allergy, we can help you find a donor who has no similar disorders in the family.
We also like to assist with a photo match, so that the donor is as similar to your partner as possible.

 

Open Donor

You can choose an open donor.
Opting for that route means the child can contact the donor when they are 18 to satisfy curiosity about their donor´s genes.
 
The contact between the child and donor is established by the spermbank.

Diers Klinik does not know the donor's identity.
